A complete revision of 'SPECIFICATION OF BUILDING WORKS' has been made to comply with the NCC BCA amendments that commenced on May 1 2016. Except for interim revisions that may be required, the next update to the Specification will correspond with the MAY 2019 NCC BCA revision.

In addition to the residential Class 1 & 10 requirements, Rev. 24 includes the NCC 2016 Vol.1 references relative to all Trade explanations, Material use, Energy Efficiency, Fire and Access provisions, allowing nomination of building construction for most of the smaller sizes of projects in Classes 2-9.
